Discover the World of Traveling Players Ensemble

At Traveling Players Ensemble, we are driven by a singular mission: to enhance self-expression, self-reliance, problem-solving skills, and heighten appreciation for life’s challenges and beauty by bringing great theatre into the great outdoors.

Through our dedication to excellence, we strive to empower young actors with the tools they need to thrive both on and off the stage. By fostering a supportive environment that encourages creativity and personal growth, we aim to instill in our participants a lifelong love for the arts and a deep appreciation for the transformative power of storytelling.

For more than two decades, Traveling Players Ensemble has remained committed to providing outstanding, intimate acting camps and conservatories. Notably, The National Endowment for the Arts has acknowledged Traveling Players as one of the nation's top twenty-five summer arts programs.

Tailored Training Programs at Traveling Players Ensemble

Our camps boast an impressive 70% retention rate. So, what's our secret? Well, it lies in the size of our casts. With just 13-14 actors and 2-3 tech students in each group, we can guarantee exceptional, individualized training for every participant. Consequently, this fosters a genuine transformation, cultivates a cohesive and supportive ensemble, and leaves campers eager to return year after year!

Growth On and Off Stage with Traveling Players Ensemble

At Traveling Players, we believe in nurturing our students holistically. Not only do they shine on stage, but they also thrive offstage. Developing independence, confidence, and forging enduring friendships. As a result, they excel during their middle and high school years, continuing through college. Discover the Traveling Players difference—a warm, vibrant, and joyful community where young artists can truly find "their people."

“I cannot tell you enough how much joy and growth [my daughter] experienced. You all cultivated such a strong, supportive, and inclusive community. [My daughter] came home more confident, more comfortable in her own skin, and more knowledgeable about theater, culture, and diverse communities. She is seriously just oozing happiness from her every pore.” – Jennifer B.
